Litecoin QT transaction fee

3 weeks ago, as you can see below I have made donations to the litecoin foundation:

I had a paper wallet. I opened litecoin-qt, which generated a wallet "wallet.dat". Then I loaded my private key from the paper wallet into qt. It displayed my 35 LTC or so (2 to be exact). It displayed 2 public addresses in the "receive" section, 1 that was generated randomly when I opened litecoin-qt, the other being the public address from my paper wallet, the one corresponding to the private key, this one: LdmAKx4HMpnkp1cq65R6GKFa5gyvc9P3fT

I then proceeded with my donations: 5 ltcs to: LcUP7ZU3Xpk1BUR3qut3dTjC3aK5JoZMYx and 0.9 ltcs to: LMzSrQekR17Jy2nAyoA6XZLxZQUQ45kY4f

At that point, I closed litecoin-qt and proceeded with the deletion of wallet.dat since I have the private key to the public key that contains the remaining, which is 30 ltc more or less. This was my interpretation at that stage. Why did i deleted wallet.dat? Because I had a paper wallet containing the remaining coins and a paper wallet is a cold storage.

But then 3 weeks later, I decided to check the content of my paper wallet, just for the sake of it. I loaded the private key but to my horror I realized that the amount was 0.10 LTC!

Had I been the victim of a hacking attack? Well pretty low probability. I only use that machine for coins transactions. I am very careful not to surf the web with it.

I looked at the transactions history. To my horror, I realized that litecoin-qt had transferred coins without MY authorization. I had forgotten about the internal transaction to internal addresses….

This is what happened:

LdmAKx4HMpnkp1cq65R6GKFa5gyvc9P3fT 35.83 LTC (paper wallet's public key)

LPhEvzVdHnpXNp7rBBKU68iEfiead37xaC 30.83 LTC (litecoin-qt internal public key 1)

LcUP7ZU3Xpk1BUR3qut3dTjC3aK5JoZMYx 5 LTC (LTC foundation donation public key 1)

Then from (litecoin-qt internal public key 1)
