Create front end to Bitcoin Pool

There is a ready-made back-end to bitcoin pool.

I need it to have a working frontend as well as auto payout.
Should have a working stats page for the pool as a whole and for every single worker that a user creates.

You must do there is some PHP code in the frontend (site) that communicates with the backend via JSON RPC calls and similar.
Adding some features and redesign for Twitter Bootstrap

1. It is necessary to make a new front-end part of the project according to our layouts (perhaps using some parts of the Twitter bootstrap freymevorka).
2. Add statistical graphs based on data provided by the back-end part.
3. Add the code for automatic payment on the wallet user
4. Connect the SSL certificate to the site
5. Login and register with social networks Twitter, Facebook, VK, G+
6. And accordingly it all in a straight arm to connect to back-end part of the server (with the backend via JSON RPC)

This needs to be done to simplify the development on Twitter Bootstrap, but if there are willing to do, in principle, is not as extensive work in PHP or anything, we do not mind, the main thing that was stable, easily and at a minimum load of the server under load.
